All rights are reserved, and in case of infringement, Pizzo Shop, the game platform, and/or the developer may pursue applicable legal measures.
The User may purchase credits through the payment platform offered on the Pizzo Shop website.
By selecting any payment option, the User confirms their intention to acquire credits under the terms of this Agreement.
The User acknowledges that exchanging or trading credits between Users for real-world currency or value is permitted.
Failure to comply with the terms set forth here will be considered a violation of this Agreement, resulting in revocation of the transaction and cancellation of the credits on the respective platform. Pizzo Shop bears no obligation to facilitate or accept responsibility for credits obtained outside its official website.
Pizzo Shop reserves the right to modify payment methods and accepted credit cards at any time, notifying Users through its website.
The User must promptly report any issues with their chosen payment method to Pizzo Shop’s Official WhatsApp Customer Service.
If the User is under 18, any purchase on Pizzo Shop must be made in the presence and under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
The User understands and accepts that the platform that provides the software in question has its own rules against inappropriate conduct, which must be respected.
Behavior deemed irregular by the software developers or the platform may result in penalties being imposed on the User.

The User must protect their Password. If there is any suspicion that a third party has learned of their Password, the User should immediately change it on the website.
The User agrees they are liable for all actions made under their account. Pizzo Shop does not safeguard the User against unauthorized account usage.
Pizzo Shop is not responsible for personal information a User shares with third parties, including login credentials and Password. Pizzo Shop also will not be held liable for any damage resulting from the User’s disclosure of personal information.
For all purposes, any activity under the User’s credentials is presumed to be undertaken by the actual account holder. Pizzo Shop is not accountable for unauthorized actions carried out on a User’s account.
The User must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during account registration, and must keep this data updated.
Pizzo Shop reserves the right not to alter the fundamental data that proves account ownership (such as the registration name and date of birth). Corrections will be made only if they do not change account ownership.
Pizzo Shop retains the right to interrupt website access whenever necessary for system maintenance, with prior notice to all Users.
The User acknowledges that the game developers may also occasionally interrupt software access (scheduled or not) to perform maintenance. Notifying users of such outages is the developers’ and/or the platform’s sole responsibility.
The User accepts that access to Pizzo Shop and/or its products may be disrupted by Force Majeure, unforeseen events, or other factors beyond the control of Pizzo Shop, developers, or the platform.
You may cancel your Pizzo Shop account at any time.
Canceling a Pizzo Shop account, discontinuing a product, or requesting an account termination does not entitle you to a refund.
Pizzo Shop may cancel your account if you violate any terms of this Agreement, including any License Terms or Rules of Conduct.
If your account is terminated or canceled due to breach of this Agreement or illegal activities, no refunds will be provided.
This Agreement, together with any Rules of Conduct, is the sole instrument governing the relationship between Pizzo Shop and the User. Pizzo Shop may amend this Agreement at any time, at its sole discretion, with changes taking effect once published on the official website. Each time you agree to these terms, you reaffirm your comprehensive acceptance of all their conditions, including any updates.
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected and in full force. In such a case, the invalid clause should be replaced by another that reflects as closely as possible the original legal and economic intent of the parties.
The parties acknowledge that any failure or delay in exercising their legal or contractual rights will be considered mere leniency and will not constitute a waiver or novation of such rights.

Refund Requests: If you need a refund, contact the game or application developer directly. Pizzo Shop merely acts as an intermediary, informing the developer that your payment was successful, and therefore we do not control or manage the content you purchase.
Proof of Payment: If you purchased directly from Pizzo Shop and require assistance, we may provide proof of payment to you upon request. You can then forward that proof to the developer when seeking a refund. Note that we will not send proof of payment to third parties.
